I am passionate about creating a space where neurodivergent clients don’t have to mask or fit a neurotypical mold to be understood.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-basedpractices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rather than focusing on “fixing” clients, neurodiversity-affirming therapy starts from the belief that different ways of thinking, communicating, and processing the world are valid — the goal is to build self- understanding and practical skills, not conformity.

I received my degree in clinical mental health counseling at New England College. Before joining Katalyst, I gained experience in residential care at Spaulding Academy and Family Services. Then I went to working closely within the foster care setting to support children and adolescences with trauma and neurodevelopmental diagnoses via therapy and family support. This background shaped how I show up in sessions: curious, collaborative, and attentive to each client’s unique needs.

I strive to create a supportive and respectful space where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful goals and lasting well-being — on terms that make sense for how each client’s mind actually works.
