Jungian Informed Psychotherapy
Jungian informed psychotherapy integrates the theory of Carl Jung and uses creative imagination to help people develop their potential. Sometimes people feel they are stuck in a rut or have had such a big life transition that they don’t know how to grow to meet their new needs. You’re not alone. Many people throughout the world have gone through similar life transitions, and their journeys are recorded in our stories and legends. You too are living your own story. If you would like help to move your story into action, Jungian informed psychodynamic psychotherapy can develop the motivation and energy in you. You are a unique individual, and Bonnie tailors the treatment to you by using your strengths and helping you to develop areas of weakness. She also considers your preferences in style of therapy. Many people enjoy using their creative imagination to do arts, crafts, music, or dance. We use your creative imagination to explore and work with mental suffering from trauma, depression, and anxiety or other mental health issues such as bipolar disorder or autism.
